Antler Crest is located in Vail, Arizona just east of Tucson. The subdivision contains 145 custom home lots, all of which are approximately one acre in size.  Major nearby cross-streets are Camino Loma Alta and Garigans Gulch. The subdivision was built in two phases beginning in 1995.  The first homes were completed in 1996. The Antler Crest Homeowners Association is managed by its Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record in Antler Crest. Board members are elected to one-year terms at the Association's annual meeting.
 
Approval of remodeling, renovations and new construction is overseen by the Association's Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  The ACC must approve all construction projects in Antler Crest, both new construction and modifications.  The ACC must approve all exterior color choices as well.  Contractors and homeowners are asked to contact the ACC through Platinum Management Inc. or by utilizing one of the fillable forms included on the Architectural Control Committee page before any work is performed. 
 
The administration of the Association’s business affairs, including bi-monthly inspections, tax filings, and preparation of annual reports, is performed by Agave Management.
