Architectural Control Committee

The Antler Crest Architectural Control Committee (ACC) serves an important function in our community - administering the approval of home and landscaping improvements per the CC&Rs and its Design Guidelines. These documents require review and approval by the ACC. Construction of any type cannot begin unless plans and specification have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the ACC. The ACC currently reviews all plans submitted for new construction, patio/privacy walls, pools, outbuildings, driveways, exterior color change, exterior lighting, and exterior alterations.
